ESOM · Mocktails & Specialty Beverages

Beyond coffee. Poured with the same discipline.

Matcha, zero-proof, boba, and seasonal bars built as complete programs, recipe, presentation, service, and crew. For the guests who do not drink coffee, and the events that need more than one thing to sip.

Built on ten years of operating bars and a national network of 2,300+ baristas.

How We Build a Bar

A program,
not a station.

A specialty bar is a program, not a station with cups. Six components, developed in order, before the first case is packed.

Product First

Recipe Development

Ratios, dilution, temperature, and sweetness tested at event volume so the two-hundredth drink tastes like the first.

Cup to Counter

Presentation Design

Glassware, garnish, menu boards, and the bar face itself — designed so the station reads as your brand, not as rental equipment.

Where They Land

The right bar
for the room.

Formats change with the occasion. Tell us where the bar is going and who is in the room, and we recommend the pairing.

  1. Trade show boothsA cold bar or matcha bar to pull traffic across the aisle. High throughput, small footprint, service that lasts the full show day.
  2. Product launchesA signature serve built around the product and named for the campaign, poured by a team briefed on the talking points.
  3. Corporate wellness daysZero-proof and mocktail bars for the send-off, matcha for the morning. Caffeine-free options on every menu by default.
  4. Private + social eventsMocktail and dessert bars that carry an evening without a bar tab, a license, or a liability rider.
  5. Retail + pop-upsSeasonal concepts that give a store a reason to be visited twice, then photographed and posted.

Any specialty bar pairs with an espresso bar for full-day coverage under one crew.

Good To Know

Plan the bar
in five minutes.

The answers planners ask for first. The rest we scope on a call.

Footprint

Booth-scale to ballroom. Most specialty bars run inside a standard 10' × 10' booth with room to queue.

Power + water

We bring the water and the ice. A standard outlet covers most formats; we confirm loads before load-in.

Service pace

Two baristas keep a steady line moving. We staff to guest count and program length, not to a flat rate.

Dietary

Dairy-free, sugar-free, and caffeine-free builds on every menu by default. Allergen cards at the bar.

Lead time

Standard programs book on short notice. Custom recipes and branded builds need more runway — ask for a date.

Pairing

Pair any specialty bar with espresso for full-day coverage. One crew, one point of contact, one invoice.

Alcohol

Dry-hire only: the client or beverage partner supplies the product. ESOM supplies the bar, bartenders, build, glassware, ice, mixers, and garnish.

The coffee crowd is covered.
This is for everyone else.

A meaningful share of any room is not drinking coffee. A specialty bar gives them a reason to stop, a drink worth photographing, and a host who knows what is in it.
