Mobile Espresso Bars

Mobile espresso bar

A full café on four wheels.

Commercial espresso, grinding, refrigeration, and water in one self-contained cart. Rolled in, plugged in, pouring.

Every system, one footprint.

A pumped water hub feeds the espresso machine, hot water, hand sink, and pitcher rinser. Every drain runs to its own waste tank. No venue plumbing. One standard outlet.

A clean face for your brand.

The guest side is a blank panel, ready to wrap for the activation. Your guests see the brand. Our baristas run the bar.

Mobile Espresso Bars

THE BAR IS THE HOSPITALITY. WE BUILD IT TO FIT THE FLOOR.

Espresso State of Mind delivers complete espresso bars to trade shows, conferences, launches, and private events. Not a cart and a temp, a working café built for the room, run by working baristas, and produced end to end under one point of contact. Event producers and agencies book us because the bar is where guests slow down, and slowing down is where the conversation happens.

QUICK ANSWERS

What is a mobile espresso bar?

A self-contained espresso cart with working baristas, built to run anywhere there is power. ESOM brings the machine, the grinder, refrigeration, water, coffee and the crew, sets up before guests arrive and packs out after.

What power does a mobile espresso bar need?

One dedicated 20-amp 120V circuit per espresso machine. Dedicated is the operative word — sharing a circuit with booth lighting or AV is the most common cause of a mid-service trip. A grinder bank, hot water tower or refrigeration needs a second circuit.

Do you need a water hookup?

No. The bars are self-contained, with onboard fresh water and waste capture, so they can be placed in a lobby, a booth, a rooftop or a stage-adjacent lounge. If the venue offers a water line and drain, ESOM will use it on long service days to cut tank changeovers.

How much floor space does the bar need?

Eight by eight feet is the working minimum for a single espresso bar. Ten by ten is preferred, and it is what ESOM recommends you request from show management. Neither figure includes queue space.

What can the baristas pour?

Espresso, americano, cortado, cappuccino, latte, cold brew and matcha, with dairy-free alternatives as standard. ESOM came out of a decade on the national latte art competition circuit, so baristas can pour a brand mark directly into the drink.
