ESOM Artists

ESOM Artists

Clients booka name. Nota headcount.

A named roster of baristas. You run bars for the brands we produce for, build drinks that carry your name, and get paid on more than hours worked.

The roster

2,300 Baristas in the national network
10 Years on the national latte art circuit
3 Tiers on the roster

Ten years on the national latte art circuit built a bench of 2,300 baristas. ESOM Artists is the named layer on top of it. Artists are invited, inducted, and listed on this site. Clients request them by name.

Espresso State of Mind — Long Island City

Tiers move. Standards do not.

Moving up

Tiers are reviewed twice a year, and after every Circuit final. Artist to Signature is a nomination from the roster lead and a sign-off from the owner. Signature to Master is annual, and both have to agree. A tier change is recorded the same day and your profile here is updated within the week.

Staying on

Three things take an artist off the roster: a no-show, a standards failure, or twelve months without a booking worked. The profile comes off the site within 48 hours. The record stays on file, marked inactive. Nothing is deleted.

Before you apply

No. A competition result is one route into Signature tier. It is not a requirement to apply.
