Where We Are
NEW YORK FIRST.
Home base is Long Island City. We build across the five boroughs and the metro, on our own equipment and our own crew. The markets below are where we have produced most outside New York. We quote them when travel, transport, lodging and coordination are fully costed, so the number you see is the number you pay.
2,300+ operators nationally · 100+ events produced · one production standard.
Outside New York
NEW CITY. SAME STANDARD.
A multi-market program fails on inconsistency: a great bar in New York and a rough one in Chicago reads as one bad campaign. We run every market off the same run-of-show, the same training and the same lead.

01
One Point of Contact
The same lead runs your program in every city. No regional handoffs, no re-briefing a new team in market four.
-
02
Vetted Local Operators
Crews are drawn from a barista network built through ten years of competition circuits, not a staffing agency roster.

03
Equipment That Travels
Bars, machines and build kits travel with the program or come from vetted partners in market. Setup, power and load-in are planned before wheels are on the ground.
Multi-city programs are quoted as one scope, one invoice.

QUICK ANSWERS
What if our venue isn't on this list?
Send it anyway. This strip shows where we have built most often, not where we can build. Tell us the city and the date and we will tell you what it takes.
Do travel costs change the quote?
Outside the New York metro, travel, transport, lodging and coordination are scoped into the same quote up front. No surprise line items after the event.
Can you run several cities at once?
Yes. Simultaneous and touring programs run off one production plan with a single lead overseeing every market.
How far ahead should we book a new market?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a market outside New York. Tighter windows are possible. Send the date and we will tell you straight.

NAME THE CITY.
Market, date, venue, guest count and what the experience needs to do. We will tell you what it takes to land it there.
