What is a wellness bar?
A fully coffee-free beverage bar. Matcha, botanical drinks and hydration serves, built for rooms where caffeine is not the point — wellness activations, retreats, studio openings and the back half of a long conference day.
Is a wellness bar completely caffeine-free?
Not by default — matcha carries caffeine. Caffeine-free builds are available on every menu, alongside dairy-free and sugar-free, with allergen cards at the bar.
What goes on a wellness menu?
Matcha, botanical and sparkling serves, and hydration drinks. The menu is built to the room rather than taken from a list.
Can a wellness bar run alongside an espresso bar?
Yes. The two pair for full-day coverage: one crew, one point of contact, one invoice.
Who serves it?
The same trained baristas who run ESOM's espresso bars, working from documented recipes so the drink is the same on day three as on day one.
