Before you book

Questions.

Do I need barista experience?

No. Foundations starts at pitcher grip and milk texture. If you have never steamed milk, start there.

How many people are in a class?

Up to 16. Two instructors and three bar assistants run every class, about three students per machine, so everyone spends the session pouring.

What do I take home?

The steaming pitcher you train with. It is included in every class seat, so you can keep practicing at home.

Where are classes held?

At Chateau Le Woof in Astoria, Queens. Team and café training can also run at your location.

Can I book a private or team session?

Yes. Private training is bookable on this page. For team offsites and café staff training, start a project and we build the session around your group.

What comes after the classes?

The Latte Art Circuit. Register for a throwdown and pour head-to-head under competition judging.
