Intermediate Latte Art Class
Small room. Real reps. The Beginner class teaches you to pour. This is where you learn to pour with intention — four to five baristas per instructor, machine time all session.
The Format
No projector, no crowd. Intermediate runs as a small working group — 4–5 baristas max per instructor — so every pour gets watched, corrected, and poured again. You're on the machine throughout, not waiting for a turn at the end.
And because every design demands its own approach, each session is built around one design. The technique that opens a tulip is not the technique that draws a rosetta — different milk, different rhythm, different hand. We teach them as their own crafts, one class at a time.

The next tier of latte art, design by design: the layered tulip and how stacking actually works, the rosetta's wiggle and cut, and the milk-texture adjustments each pattern demands. You'll learn to read your own pour — why a pattern collapsed, what the milk was telling you, and how to fix it on the next cup instead of guessing.
