Intermediate Latte Art Class
Small room. Real reps. The Beginner class teaches you to pour. This is where you learn to pour with intention — four to five baristas per instructor, machine time all session.
The Format

4–5 baristas per instructor
No projector, no crowd. A small working group where every pour gets watched, corrected, and poured again — you're on the machine throughout, not waiting for a turn.

One design per session
The technique that opens a tulip is not the technique that draws a rosetta — different milk, different rhythm, different hand. We teach each design as its own craft, one class at a time.
What You'll Learn
The next tier of latte art, design by design: the layered tulip and how stacking actually works, the rosetta's wiggle and cut, and the milk-texture adjustments each pattern demands. You'll learn to read your own pour — why a pattern collapsed, what the milk was telling you, and how to fix it on the next cup instead of guessing.
