Advanced Latte Art Class

How champions actually prepare: building a set that scores, the speed and consistency that survive a bracket, pouring clean when the crowd is loud and the clock is running. How judges read a cup — symmetry, contrast, definition — and how to pour for the score, not just the photo. And the details that only come from people who've stood on the winner's side of the table.

Competition-level baristas. You've done throwdowns — or you're done watching them. Your patterns are there on a good day; this room is about making every day a good day, and knowing exactly what to pour when it counts.

Champion-led instruction, full machine time to drill your set, direct feedback on your competition patterns, and entry into the deepest bench in the sport — the same network Espresso State of Mind pulls from for the national circuit.

Ten years of running latte art competitions across the country means we know every serious competitor in the game — and the champions among them teach here. This is the shortest line between where your pour is and where theirs is.
