- PRE-PRODUCTION — Menu naming, brand assets, cup printing, logistics, venue paperwork. We run the checklist; you approve.
- SHOW DAY — Load-in, setup, service, breakdown. Your team never touches a machine.

How far ahead should we book? [X] weeks for standard builds; more for custom fabrication and multi-city tours.
Do you travel? Yes — we produce nationwide.
What about trade-show minimums? Show-floor activations run on eight-hour minimums, matched to show hours.
Can you serve alcohol? Espresso martini bars run under the venue's or caterer's license — we coordinate this in pre-production, and requirements vary by venue and city.
Insurance? COI provided; venue requirements handled in pre-production.
