Joe and Javi Founded Espresso State of Mind in 2017. Our Mission is to build an organization of baristas to teach, create & provide the greatest coffee experience.

It is our passion and responsibility to celebrate, reward, and showcase the art of specialty coffee. We have built working relationships in every field of coffee culture; including roasters, coffee shop owners, influencers, and Latte Art World Champion Baristas.
